Tuesday, 3/29/16 1 Cor 15:3, For I delivered unto you first of all that which I also received... You’ve heard and received truth from another, but will anyone else hear you tell the Gospel this week so they could be saved like you? Either learn to and start being a soul winner, or get back to it. And give to missions. 2 Chron 16:9, For the eyes of the Lord run to and fro throughout the whole earth, so shew himself strong in the behalf of them whose heart is perfect toward him. God wants to show off in His people’s lives. 1Would you like to see Him do that in your life? 2Will you work on your heart (No, will you let Him work on your heart?)
Wednesday, 3/30/16 Matt 25:40, ...Inasmuch as ye have done it unto one of the least of these my brethren, ye have done it unto me. Apply this to not forgiving that Christian whom you say, “should’ve known better...” 1 John 1:2, (For the life was manifested, and we have seen it, and bear witness, and shew unto you that eternal life, which was with the Father, and was manifested unto us;) You’ve experienced the same Eternal Life as John...are you bearing witness (with your mouth and life) like John did? Go soul winning (again) like you used to; get back actively looking for souls to give the Gospel to. How long has it been since you've told the "old, old story"?
Thursday, 3/31/16 1 John 1:5b, ...that God is light, and in him is no darkness at all. “No darkness”: NONE. So, He’s not mistreating or ignoring you and I. The problems we have with God don’t come from His side: they come from us: our pride, short-sightedness, lack of faith, lack of obedience, and selfishness. 1 John 2:22, Who is a liar but he that denieth that Jesus is the Christ? He is antichrist, that denieth the Father and the Son. No one can be wrong on Jesus Christ (Muslims, Catholics, Jehovah Witnesses, Mormons, etc.) and be overall right on God. Entrance to Heaven is granted based on ONLY what Christ did via His sacrifice with ZERO input from us (good works, religious observances or rituals, sincere effort. If we have a part in earning our salvation, that means Jesus didn’t do enough, and therefore, isn’t the Christ...) If this rings foreign to you, my intent is not to anger or slight you or your beliefs: please message me and let’s talk about true, biblical salvation.
Friday, 4/1/16 Would you ever knowingly set yourself up for deep shame and profound embarrassment? Of course not...yet many are doing just that. 1 John 2:28, And now, little children, abide in him; that, when he shall appear, we may have confidence, and not be ashamed before him at his coming. Are you hard to get along with? Touchy? (overly) critical? 1 John 1:7a, But if we walk in the light, as he is in the light, we have fellowship one with another... The solution is to deepen your relationship and walk with God.
Saturday, 4/2/16 1 John 3:1, Behold, what manner of love the Father hath bestowed upon us, that we should be called the sons of God... How long has it been since you’ve shouted and/or wept over this truth? Make it happen!! Soften your heart, moisten your eyes, and loose your tongue. 1 John 4:1, Beloved, believe not every spirit, but try the spirits whether they are of God: because many false prophets are gone out into the world. Be very skeptical whenever anyone tries to teach you truth even if they’re a trusted source (even if it’s me or your pastor: the best teacher is still human and will be wrong occasionally.) I believe that one of the absolute MOST vital verses/concepts in the whole Bible is found in Acts 17:21: don’t believe what you are TOLD is in the Bible, but believe what you SEE in the Bible.
Sunday, 4/3/16 Pro 29:2, When the righteous are in authority, the people rejoice: but when the wicked beareth rule, the people mourn. Bosses/leaders/parents, are you brave enough to take a survey of the spirit of your workers in the spotlight of this verse? 1 John 4:11, Beloved, if God so loved us, we ought also to love one another. How did God love us? 1He had pity on our situation and endeavored to solve it. 2He came to us. (He didn’t avoid us.) 3He offered to forgive and reconcile with us without us seeking Him. 4He offered(s) reconciliation again and again. 5He kept being good to us on a daily basis in spite of our rejection of His fellowship. This is how we’re to love one another...
Monday, 4/4/16 Eph 5:18, And be not drunk with wine, wherein is excess; but be filled with the Spirit. We are filled with, i.e. “controlled by” something: wine, self, pride, love, greed, desires to have/be/do, or the Holy Spirit. Inspect yourself... Eph 4:28 Let him that stole steal no more: but rather let him labor, working with his hands the thing which is good, that he may have to give to him that needeth. Re overcoming or eliminating sin...generally we CAN’T!! Sin usually must be replaced with righteousness. So...have you added any new righteousnesses to your repertoire recently?

Miscellaneous thoughts from others:
- If your presence doesn't make an impact, then your absence won't make a difference.
- Most marital problems are caused by two people in love with themselves.
- If you see your troubles as nothing more than isolated hassles and hurts, you’ll grow bitter and angry. Yet if you see your troubles as tests used by God for his glory and your maturity, then even the smallest incidents take on significance.”
- What the caterpillar calls the end of the world, the Master calls a butterfly.
- I have been impressed with the urgency of doing. Knowing is not enough; we must apply. Being willing is not enough; we must do.
- Tomorrow when you awaken, all you have to do is be the very best you can be. You don't have to be someone else's best. You don't have to be someone else. You don't have to be someone's opinion of you. Just be you. But be the best you can possibly be. That's all. And you can do it. And if you do, you will be a huge success!
- Some things in life require faith and some require facts. The two can never be mixed nor confused. However, both will call for action.
- It's okay to ask others to pray for us in time of need. But if we are not careful, we may become more dependent on the prayers of others than we are on God alone. God still wants to meet you in the prayer closet.
- If the written Word, or the spoken Word has no influence upon a man, then experience will beat that man to a pulp.
- I don't run the race of faith trying to prove to everyone else how it's done. I run my race with Jesus running beside me pacing me and coaching me and sometimes even carrying me.
- When your level of complaining is at an all-time high it means that your level of praise is at an all-time low.
- It is not the power that corrupts but the fear of losing power that corrupts good men.
- You were not saved by your good works so you can't get unsaved because of your bad ones.
- A finger over your lips is better than a foot in your mouth.
- Just as you would not allow even a tiny drop of poison into your glass of water, do not allow even a drop of bitterness to live in your heart.
- Being overtaken in a fault is not failure. Not getting up and continuing your race is failure.
- To my friends: I am not the sum total of all my "good" works. To my critics: I am not the sum total of all my sinful deeds. To ALL: I am the sum total of His righteousness. It is finished.
- Those who have been forgiven much tend to forgive more. Those who haven't been forgiven much...oh yeah, that's right, we all have been forgiven much. Oh well, I guess that those who forgive more simply realize it more.

Bible thoughts from some others:
- Exo 10:20, But the Lord hardened Pharaoh’s heart, so that he would not let the children of Israel go. When God gives a hard and rebellious heart, only He can soften it and make it tender. We must have the power and presence of the Holy Spirit to change hearts.
- Exo 10:23, They saw not one another, neither rose any from his place for 3 days: but all the children of Israel had light in their dwellings. While the world is groping for answers and is in spiritual darkness, God still gives light and spiritual direction to His people.
- Job 18:8, For he is cast into a net by his own feet, and he walketh upon a snare. Job’s friends had already decided that it was his own fault that he was being punished for his sin and wickedness. We need to be very careful about what another is experiencing or going through.
- Ps 19:12, Who can understand his errors? Cleanse thou me from secret faults. The more we read His word, and the closer we get to Him and the nearer we get to Heaven, the more we see our faults, our fleshly flaws, and our need of a perfect, eternal Saviour!
- Luke 23:12, And the same day Pilate and Herod were made friends together: for before they were at enmity between themselves. It’s strange how a common hatred for Jesus can cause the world to befriend one another and join forces against Him. It’s still the same today.
- Gen 5:24, And Enoch walked with God: and he was not; for God took him. Can you imagine if God came down and took you to Heaven to be with Him forever because He was just so pleased with you? Like in a whirlwind? How cool that must have been to witness!!
- Bible thoughts! Pro 2:18 For her house inclineth unto death, and her paths unto the dead. Wow! What a verse to wake up to! What kind of home do you have, mama?? Is it energetic and full of life? I know I want mine to be!
