Picture yourself in the giant auditorium at the great First Baptist
Church of Hammond, Indiana. The lights go out. A spotlight shines on a
young boy at a piano. He is playing with one finger, "This Little
Light of Mine". Then a master pianist joins in. A soloist starts
singing the song. He is holding a candle. The song progresses and
scores of Hyles-Anderson College students come down every aisle
toward the platform each with a candle and singing along. What an
inspiring time. On the last verse, the young boy joins the soloist
singing. Try to picture this in your mind, a dark auditorium being
lit my hundreds of candles held by the students singing "Shine all
over Chicagoland..."
AWESOME!!!
You can listen to the recording of this at www.baptist-city.com, it is
our song of the week this week.
