Galatians 1:10
"For do I now persuade men, or God? or do I seek to please men? for if I yet pleased men, I should not be the servant of Christ."
One of the common battles fought throughout the ages is making sure Christians keep their eyes on God and not on man.
2 Corinthians 7:11
"For behold this selfsame thing, that ye sorrowed after a godly sort, what carefulness it wrought in you, yea, what clearing of yourselves, yea, what indignation, yea, what fear, yea, what vehement desire, yea, what zeal, yea, what revenge! In all things ye have approved yourselves to be clear in this matter."
Every action has a byproduct that it produces.
1 Corinthians 11:12
"For as the woman is of the man, even so is the man also by the woman; but all things of God."

Sunday, 11/17/13 Ps 26:4-5 I have hated the congregation of evil doers; and will not sit with the wicked.
Luke 22:4-5
"And he went his way, and communed with the chief priests and captains, how he might betray him unto them. And they were glad, and covenanted to give him money."
When you think of betrayal, you would never consider yourself to be one who would betray.
